I have 30 years of working in the Finance/HR field. I have been awarded Employee of the Year and Month throughout my career. I have taken the lead helping businesses employees/members succeed. Taking on new roles and challenges while learning new things is what I love. I have attended many training seminars and classes. My favorite had to be Dale Carnegie Training. Here is my favorite Dale Carnegie quote “People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.”
During my career, I have implemented new technology, equipment, and procedures. Transitioning to a new way of thinking and operating requires casting out the old way of doing things and opening your mind to new possibilities and efficiencies. The end result always brings up the question “why did we not transition sooner?” That question translates to a job well done and moves the employees and business forward.
I love working at SIGMA in my current hybrid role. It allows me to use my multiple skills. I enjoy working as a part of our team and helping new team members onboard and at the same time use my accounting experience.

Kindness by definition is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. I try my best to implement kindness, empathy, and optimism into each and every day.
I am passionate about organ donation. Someone I love is alive today because a stranger donated their kidney to her. It is the greatest gift anyone can give another human being.
