Joshua Padwa is the Director of Strategic Relationships at SIGMA. Josh has worked in the financial technology space for the last 8 years helping small businesses and banks use technology as a competitive advantage. At SIGMA, Josh works with our financial and technology clients to leverage data for sound business strategy. Josh has successfully created and sold technology that makes regional and community banks more efficient when interacting with different types of brokers.
At the beginning of his career, Josh consulted with multiple organizations in the Harvard Innovation and Launch Labs. Here is where he found success helping emerging organizations better understand their go-to-market strategies using existing sales and marketing data. Josh lives in Rumford, RI and enjoys running, playing golf and hockey in addition to being outdoors. He has his B.A. and M.B.A. from The University of Rhode Island. He attended the Moses Brown School.
